Materials:
- Stiffened Felt ~ available at JoAnn’s (Friendly Felt) or most craft and fabric stores. (Do not use regular craft felt, it is to flimsy).
- Tear away Stabilizer
- Desk Stapler
- 3”x 4” high re-closable bag.
For all bag toppers:
Hoop tear away stabilizer.
Cut 1 piece of stiffened felt to fit inside the 4×4 hoop.
Place stiffened felt in center of hoop.
Then follow instructions for individual toppers below.
When finished remove & cut around outer edge of square, fold in half & staple bag in between front & back.

I would still like to see a picture of the finished product. I don’t know what a bag topper is.
[OK, I put a pic up. It is stitched out, folded over and stapled on top of a small (4 x 3 clear plastic) bag into which you can put candy, small toys, mints for weddings, the ideas are endless.

Would it be possible to attach this by ribbon? I hesitate to use staples with toddlers.
The other thing I am unclear about is where the zipper bag zipper goes…on the side or stapled inside the label? If it is stapled inside then why not use the cheaper fold over sandwhich bags. Also if they have to unstaple it to access the candy then these will be disposible to the kids…..so maybe you meant to put the zipper on the side?
