I have 4 embroidery machines and have had major problems with my Innovis. Dealer cancelled my extented warrenty and won't work with me. Another refused to get involved and sent it to the factory. Between dealer and factory I was without it over 2 months. Hopefully things will go better now with it being a busy time of year. Anyone live in the Chicago area?
