We are so pleased to announce the addition of Marlene Stewart to the Designs By SiCK Digitizing Team!
Marlene has provided us with a short bio:
I’m a transplant from Northern Indiana – worked in Chicago and moved to Arkansas 33 years ago. My husband is Retired Airforce and is my backbone. He supports me in anything and everything I do. We’ve been married 16 years. I made us matching Kilts to wear at his Scottish festivals.
Years ago I found out, that I love to digitize and sewout my designs. I got my 1st one needle Brother in 2002 and have upgraded to 2 six needles. If a design has over six colors, I split the design so I can do half the colors on one machine and the half on the other.
Marlene has been digitizing quite a while and it certainly shows in her work! You can see her very first set, Line Art Fashion Girl by clicking here.
We know you will appreciate her fine work!
Please help us welcome her to the Designs By SiCK Family!

Where in Arkansas are you? My father is retired Air Force. Just curious. I live in the very northeast corner of Arkansas.
Welcome — I look forward to using your designs!!! Never can have too many designs!!!
Welcome Marlene. You do a great job. I wish I knew how. I plan to learn next year when I retire
Again we are happy to have your wonderful talent with us.

Wow, Thank you all for the fantastic welcomme – I apologize for not getting back online yesterday, would you believe I was making more designs. I try to put connections to eliminate jumps stitches, but sometimes it can’t be helped. I live in Hot Springs, the central part of Arkansas and sew out the designs before submitting them and make any corrections to make it easier on you guys. It’s hard to believe that people all over the world are able visit and download these designs. Thank you again for the wonderful welcome!!!!
