Holly made this lovely cuddly by hand:
My daughter is in love with silky fabrics and anything pink or purple. So when I found this fabric, it was perfect for something special just for her.
I used a Simplicity pattern for the shape of the bunny and put Velcro down the tummy so it can hold a rice bag during the winter to give her something warm to snuggle with.
I used one of the fonts built into my machine to put her name on one side of the bunny and the “K” from the Rose Font on the other side.
Once my son saw, he declared he needed one too, that’s in the making, but we’ll see what animal or font he gets.
(You can click on the design name and the design set will open in a new window.)

Adorable. My little one saw this over my sholder and now wants one. Guess it will have to go on my list.

So sweet! You did a wonderful job and I am gonna try this pattern too and adding the velcro for the rice bag is such a good idea. Thanks for the inspiration.

I used Simplicty #4591, the squeezable soft animal pillows, if you want further info on how I made it, email me and I would be glad to help. I made them with the head, arms and legs stuffed, but the body is empty for rice bags or cool packs if needed.
