Tight Jeans

by Jaci Speed

I do a lot of embroidery down the side seam of jeans. Sometimes it is difficult to get the material tight at the very bottom edge. So I temporally sew 3-4 inches of scrap material (same weight as the jean material) to the bottom edge of the jean. This provides the needed tightness in my hoop and makes it easy to do the embroidery.
