Aside from my DH, our family includes a "gregarious and vivacious" little boy called Liam, who turned 3 on August 5, 2008. Those are his favorite "big" words, although he frequently leaves off the first syllable and so says "va-shus" and "gary-us." We also welcomed a set of twin boys in March 2008. Danny was born first, with Tommy coming a mere 3 minutes later. C-section births do go blessedly fast! Being mommy to three boys under age 3 is not easy, but it sure can be fun.

I have been sewing for my entire lifetime, taught by my mother and grandmother. I believe I was about 6 the first time I was allowed to use mom's sewing machine, and I was hand-sewing for a few years prior to that. I bought my first embroidery machine in 2000, and have gotten another (with a larger field) since then. I am saving up my pennies for when I have space and can get a BIG 12-needle machine, if I don't come to my senses first. Why would I need three embroidery machines? Well, why wouldn't I?

I've always been interested in crafts and creative things, and so when I got the chance to learn machine embroidery digitizing, I jumped in with both feet. I freely admit that I am not the absolute best around at digitizing (I'm still learning and hope I never stop), but I do a pretty good job if I do say so myself and I enjoy it greatly.

I am the primary moderator on the Designs by SiCK forums, although Neauxbunny helps out when needed. It's great fun to be surrounded by so many friendly and helpful people. If you haven't ever visited, please come on over!
