Designs purched with points

I know this is a very stupid question, but I really dont know. I purched the More Christmas Borders with my points by accident, because I did not not know how it works. Now I can not find the place to download my accidental purchase! Can you help me please.

On the Home Page, click on "Points." Then choose "Your Points Purchases." That's where you will find your designs. Enjoy your designs!

I wonder how many others have made 'accidental' purchases. I know I have when all this point thing first started. I discovered there is no changing your mind once you click. LOL

Me, too. I thought I was at the bottom of the page to purchase a set, but purchased a single design instead. When I went back to purchase the set, I couldn't. Just kept getting the message that I had already purchased the set and that no points were subtracted.

Oh yes - been there - done that. I was trying to purchase a single design with points once and misread the numbers. Ending up getting one I already had LOL. I check and double check before I click now!

Something is NOT RIGHT and I hope I'm in the right place to get answers and get this fixed. I notice today that using points it was listed at 100 points per set .
I bought 4 sets and when I finished I realized instead of 400 points missing 1600 were gone. I cannot find anywhere where I can in form SICK of this problem.

I should have added the purchase price does say 100 per set but it still took 400 points per set away from the total .... I thought I was getting a deal 4 for the price of one but guess not , I'll think twice before spending any more points !

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with point purchases, flbaker. I was able to purchase design sets today using my points and was only charged 100 points. You should contact "Help and Support." Go to DBS Home page. In the very upper left hand corner you will find the link in red. Provide as much detail as possible. Someone (probably Rob) will reply quickly to your help ticket.

I am not certain what has happened .Perhaps there is some problem with the computer.Did you click the box for: to confirm the purchase with your points? Please go to the help link on the home page( in the upper left hand corner) and leave a message regarding your problem . I am certain someone will help to resolve this. This very thing happened to me a few days back and it was fixed.

I just purchased the new set by Heidi, BW Christmas Bonnets, and was only charged 100 points. But I did notice on the Home Page the announcement about 'breaking the server sale' has been removed.

I hope you get your problem resolved flbaker. I'm sure they will give you your points back. Someone else had the same problem a few days ago, and ended up they got their designs free.
