margarita cookie time

I came up this one year just playing with the recipes

3/4 cup of butter no subst
3/4 cup of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cup of flour
1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
1 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
yellow and green food coloring


royal icing the juice of the lemon and lime and a shot of tequila 1 egg white 3 cups of powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter mix for 7 minute with electric mixer

opps I for the margarita on top of the icing salt for the true margarita taste

Thank you for the recipe. Never heard of it but so excited about trying it. Don't have any Tequila but do have light rum. Guess I'll have to get a small bottle so I can make them. Yeah!
