Puckering is another way of saying that the fabric is wrinkled around the outside of the design - and does not lay flat. Usually caused by the fabric not being held firmly enough, or being stretched in the hoop, or the design being too dense for the fabric.
Hooping the stabilizer and then attaching the fabric to that with basting stitches or pins usually helps. |
