In The Hoop Applique Snowmen Card Holders

    by Rhonda

Best if made using Opaque Water soluble Stabilizer is used.
when glue is called for, I personally use washable childrens’ glue. If you
prefer, you can use a fabric glue
Fringe: You do not have to add fringe on the scarf if you don’t want to.
    IDEAS:
Gift card holder – after placing the backing fabric on, take another piece
of fabric and fold in half, place it over the backing fabric and stitch in
place. Continue with design. This will create a nice pocket on the back of
    the ornament.
instead of fabric for a pocket, you can use heavy table cloth clear plastic.
then tuck in a gift card, picture or small gift like a ring.
Use sparkle glue, buttons, flatbacks, ribbon, etc for cute embellishments.
    STEPS 1-3
First 3 stitch color changes should be the same color and match or
contrast with material or final outline satin stitch.
    #1: basic outline stitch
Place a piece of felt, quilt batting or craft foam onto basic outline. If
using craft foam, place a piece of plain light fabric on top of foam.
#2: tack down stitch for basic outline
remove hoop from machine and cutaway material used around the
outline stitch with applique stitches. Clipping close, but not into the
    stitch.
#3: zig zag tack down stitch

    #4: free standing lace loop

    #14: tack down for head
    #15: placement line for fringe

    cover the ends.
