      Yup! I have collected some oversized designs with the hope of a bigger sewing field in the future.

      I do that too and label them as such. You never know when you'll get a machine that can use them.

      I always put 4x4 or 5x7 on the folder with design name

      bibee you can get a Brother 5x7 for around $700 or less. Several people here at DBS use those machines and really love them, or ask your dealer if they have any previously loved machines in a larger size. I did that when I got my Janome 300e and it only cost me $300. it has a hoop size of 5 1/2 by 7 1/2 inches. Love it.

      I have 2 brothers both 4x4 a se270d & se350 . Bad thing is I had the money this year to get one but something came up. I didn't think to ask the dealers in florecne it's like 30 miles from me.

      oh yeah, I'm collecting bigger sizes too. My computer is so jammed with designs I'd like to use I keep getting "low capacity" warnings....
