Default Help for Fall Frames 1

My PED Design Plus will not open the files for Fall Frames 1. It says it can't read this version. Can you help, please?

That can be a problem with .Pes files...if the digitizer saved the file in a newer version than your software can use...you will not be able to open the files...I would try downloading a free program like Wilcom's TrueSizer..then open the file in TrueSizer and see if you can save it in a lower version of .Pes...either that or try opening another format like .hus or .dst in your software and save it in a lower version of .Pes, or send in a support ticket and ask that the files be saved in a lower version here on the site...good luck..

Thanks, dragonflyer! I haven’t had that problem before. I will try it.
