When I did a test and clicked on the buy individual designs for Itsy Spiders, it shows that I can buy the designs for $2 each, or a little further down it shows that I can buy for 200 points and has a box for me to check that that is indeed what I want to do. So you should be able to check that box and then click on the link to purchase the design. I wouldn't do it, because I could buy the whole set for $2 or 200 points instead of an individual design. Of course, it might be more cost effective for more expensive sets.
