      I would use extreme caution with the outlet covers. They don't seem safe and could pose a fire hazzard. Basically a bunch of thread surrounding something that sometimes sparks.

      I was kind of assuming these would be used with those plastic two-piece covers that you can put wallpaper or something like that between.

      Yes you place the outlet cover on top of the existing cover that is already there. The full explanation is listed in the instruction sheet that goes with the design set.

      I am confused. I thought each design came in 5 different configurations for a total of 50 designs. The download I got for PES only had the designs as shown and the designs I want to make do not fit the switch plates I have.

      I believe you misread the description, milliesmon: 10 designs -- 5 each for the 5x7 and 6x10 Hoops. I agree that some punctuation may have been helpful. It would also be helpful to know in advance which designs are for the 5x7 hoop and which designs are for the 6x10 hoop.
