There has been a few questions about the name of this set. They are functional pockets and are named Empty, because there is nothing in them, They are waiting to be filled with what ever you want to put in them. Thank you for the compliments I have received. Hugs, Rhonda (the creator of the Empty Pockets)Shastasmom:
I think this is a wonderful idea and thank you for creating them. They will be so handy on so many items.jnnealy:
Months ago my daughter requested that I sew some removable faux pockets. I put buttonholes on them and a little embroidery. Not functional, but decorative. She has sold many of them at craft fairs. These designs will be an added addition to the collection.nonnadonna:
jnnealy, I'd like more information about the removable pockets you make. I've been asked to make pockets for a couple 'little girl' dresses, and changeable ones would be perfect for them. They could help sales a lot.Red:
I wish you done a second adult size about 4.5" x 5.25 inchesjnnealy:
My daughter requested I make the "pillowcase dresses" with removable pockets. I've been using just a square of fabric hemmed on all 4 sides. The size of the pocket is relative to the size of the dress. I embroider a buttonhole in all 4 corners and if the fabric has a theme I embroider something in the middle of the pocket such as if I use a flowered material I might add a flower or a bee or a hummingbird. If the fabric has teddy bears on it I might embroider a beehive or a jar of honey.NeauxBunny:
As you all well know, sets which sell well - will indeed be looked at for expansion, addition, etc. So, hopefully these will be great sellers and Rhonda will be able to create a larger set, and possibly one with/without buttonholes! I fell in love with the one with the map - which is why I made it the main graphic for the set! hugz robolaanne:
these are great they are so pretty on a t shirt with a monogram in themLinda Jordan:
These are really cute. I hope they come out with larger ones for Adults as well. These would make cute, quick gifts on T-shirts. I can think of quite a few projects to use them on.rycalkat:

My Editor is a free program you can install on your computer and then use it to enlarge the design to adult size. These different pocket frames can be used with a vast array of fabrics for endless pocket ideas. I'm making a travel tote and these are great additions to the lining for cell phone, bluetooth, cords, etc. inside the bag.Leave a comment about this set on our forums
